support ms surface pen

using multimark on my surface with pen is not possible. I had to reboot to go back to normal cursor mode. Pen is not recognized as input device by multimark.

issue is known - is in development;
the MS surface pen unfortunately is not a true/full HID-compliant input device (the reason why it is not recognised by our software at present).

We are awaiting the roll-out of the major WIn10 upgrade next weeks, as there will be new 'ink' technologies embedded in this Windows10 update, which require adaptations at our end.
